Rick brings his daughter along as he visits the Over the Top Bakery & Cafe and learns how to make apple dumplings with Vivian Boles. In the history of Dowagiac, Michigan there's something called the Orphan Train that brought kids from New York to Dowagiac looking for a new home in the 1800's and early 1900's. Just outside of Bourbon, Indiana there's a place called the Back Forty.
